Civic Education Week
Each state’s constitution or public education statutes acknowledge the civic mission of colleges. CCCE enters a brand new era of youth civic engagement with the launch of Becoming Citizens , an internship program for University of Washington college students who will assist facilitate civic engagement initiatives in faculties and community programs. We also envision a Seattle Youth Commons to attach regional youth in reporting on events and points that matter in their communities.
